Presidium Energy was the first gas operator in Michigan to use the Smart Pumper™  to manage and monitor the two forms of artificial lift they use to produce gas from the Antrim Shale (ESPs and Drive Heads for PCPs).

Presidium utilized the Smart Pumper™ platform to automate ESPs and drive heads to manage their wells at the perfect level for optimum production.  They also utilize other Smart Pumper capabilities, such as metering their gas flow and fluid production, through two of Smart Pumper™’s pulse counters, which support several meter types produced by Emerson, Niagara Flow Meters, and Kimray.
